Not sure if it’s the same issue, but My 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport had the check engine, traction control icon with a line through it, & cruise control icon blinking last week. I ended up bringing it to the dealership & it turned out to be a 12v fuse was blown. Fuse replaced & haven’t had the issue anymore. To fix it, remove the gas cap and then put it back on, tightening it until it clicks. It may take a few drives before your Subaru recognizes the fix and the check engine light turns off.
