If you're a hip carrier I'd choose the Certum 3. Plus it can actually be optimized for hip or appendix. So if you make a transition either way, it's a great design. While the T1 holster grips the gun just fine enough especially under a belt, it's primarily retained by the trigger frame and causes less holster wear on the slide.
